We ship within 24 hours from our North Carolina location. Please note: Travel times vary based on recipient’s location.

We will do everything possible to ship your online order within 24 hours unless you have specified a later delivery date (often the case with summer camp care package orders). If a later delivery date is specified, we will assemble your order and then wait to ship based on UPS projected travel times. Please note that UPS travel estimates are for business days only (Monday – Friday). Orders must be placed by 2 p.m. EST for same day departure from our store. All orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will ship the following day. Expedited shipping will be based on these cut-off times as well. REFUNDS

Any full-priced item purchased from our store or online may be returned for the full price of the merchandise within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, items are not returnable. Sale items are non-refundable. We do hope you enjoy all purchases from The Wrinkled Egg. If for any reason you don’t, please let us know.
